Delivery & exchanges
Delivery in Lebanon
We currently deliver only to addresses in Lebanon. Orders are reviewed before confirmation and normally arrive within 3–5 working days. The delivery charge is shown before you place the order.
Outside Lebanon
International checkout is not available yet. If you are outside Lebanon, contact us to register your interest; please do not submit a Lebanese delivery address for an international order.
Payment
Payment is collected in cash when your order arrives. Nothing is charged online.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within 3 weeks of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Refunds and returns for a refund are not offered. Contact us first so we can confirm availability and arrange the exchange.
